Control iD – Access Controller

Control4 driver for Control iD access controllers over IP. The device works in standalone (offline) mode: it identifies the user by biometrics, PIN or card and decides the authorization itself, and the driver receives the events and generates per-user events, so you can program scenes and notifications based on who came in.

It also triggers the door release relays, reads the door sensors and sends push and e-mail notifications with no programming needed.

Installation

1. Configure the device through its web interface and register users and biometrics.
2. Add the driver and enter “Device IP”, “User” and “Password”.
3. Enter the key in “License Key” (the driver has a 30-day trial).
4. Wait about 15 seconds: the driver logs in, registers Control4 on the device and reads the users.
5. To use the door sensors, enable them on the controller.
6. When you register new users, use “Driver Actions” > “Ler Usuarios” (read users).
