Electrolux Wi-Fi AC – driver Control4

Driver that integrates Electrolux Wi-Fi air conditioners with Control4. It works with units that use the Electrolux app, through Electrolux’s official integration, authorized with the customer’s account.

Each air conditioner shows up in Control4 as a native thermostat, created automatically with the name used in the app and ready for Navigator, scenes and programming. The driver icon opens an interface with the features the thermostat lacks: Energy saving, Ionizer, display LED and humidity, with colors that follow the mode.

Electrolux air conditioners only take commands through the Electrolux cloud, so the controller needs internet access.

The package has two drivers:

  • ZoomDH Electrolux AC Wi-Fi Gateway: Electrolux account, polling and WebView interface
  • ZoomDH Universal Thermostat: one per air conditioner, all on the same gateway connection

Installation

  1. Add the Electrolux AC Wi-Fi Gateway driver to the room where the thermostats should be created
  2. Enter the key in License Key (the driver has a 30-day trial)
  3. In the Electrolux developer portal, sign in with the customer account, create the key and tokens and paste them into API Key, Access Token and Refresh Token (step by step in the documentation)
  4. The driver searches on its own and creates and binds one Universal Thermostat per air conditioner (run Discover Devices to search again)
  5. Move each thermostat to the right room and refresh the Navigators

  • Automatic search for the air conditioners in the account, with one Control4 thermostat created, bound and named with the app names
  • Native thermostat in Navigator - power, modes, fan speed, setpoint, temperature and air direction

  • Shows only the features each model has

Requirements

  • Air conditioners already registered in the Electrolux app and connected to the customer's Wi-Fi
  • Access to the customer's Electrolux account on first setup
  • Controller with internet access
