Universal IR Virtual Thermostat – driver Control4

Virtual thermostat driver for controlling air conditioners over IR. The driver looks up an online database with the list of compatible equipment, and new or updated models become available for selection automatically.

It accepts custom IR commands and is compatible with the ZoomDH Universal Thermostat Controller driver to control several thermostats at once.

Installation

  1. Choose the search method in “Select Search Method” (air conditioner brand/model or remote control model)
  2. Select the brand and model in “Device Brand” and “Device Model”, or the remote in “Remote Model”
  3. The driver configures itself automatically for the chosen equipment
  4. If desired, add extra IR commands in “Custom Commands”
  5. Optionally, connect a temperature sensor to “Temperature In”
